Cancellation policy
Subscription Options
Subscriptions are available for weekly, fortnightly, or monthly deliveries. You can choose your preferred frequency during checkout. Payments will be automatically processed on the same day as your first order for subsequent deliveries, based on your chosen subscription frequency. All prices include applicable discounts for subscription bundles and are subject to standard taxes and shipping fees.
Cancellations & Changes
You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime via your account settings or by contacting us at pip@littlepips.co.nz. Changes to subscription frequency, flavours, or quantities must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
Delivery Information
Deliveries are processed promptly after billing and typically arrive within 3–5 business days (depending on your location). Please ensure your delivery address is correct and notify us immediately of any changes.
Refunds & Returns
Subscriptions are non-refundable once an order has been processed. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Discounts & Offers
Discounts associated with subscriptions (e.g., 10% off the Syrup Trio or 12.5% off Two of Each Syrup) are valid only while the subscription is active. Cancelled subscriptions will forfeit ongoing discounts.

We reserve the right to terminate or modify subscription terms at any time with prior notice to customers. By subscribing, you agree to these terms and conditions.
